I always return because I trust it. From my first stay, they kindly facilitated my late departure. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, a kettle, a TV, and an express check-in. It's perfect for my trip.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Woodcock Farm Villa. the holiday let is beautifully decorated and every detail has been thoughtfully considered for a comfortable stay. Emma, our host, was fantastic and her communication throughout our trip was excellent. We found the welcome folder to be incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the location is perfect, surrounded by stunning hiking trails and with breathtaking views. We enjoyed exploring the area, including hikes to Higher Shelf Stones and Kinder Scout. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this cottage. Cons: None 🙌.

Immaculately presented with beautiful decor and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Great location with far-reaching views and easy access to hiking trails. Well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a nice welcome pack. Plenty of information provided on local walks, dining options, and takeaway services. Outdoor seating area to enjoy the views. Free parking and free Wi-Fi in rooms. Easy and convenient check-in and check-out process. Fitness center and various outdoor activities. Cots available for families with babies. Luggage storage and pets allowed. 24-hour reception and strict no smoking policy on site.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, offering beautiful views and convenient access to hiking trails. The holiday let itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts were also very helpful, providing excellent information on the area, including nearby restaurants and places to order food from. Additionally, the communication with the host during our trip was great, and the level of detail in their welcome folder was very helpful.

One drawback was the limited hanging space for longer dresses. It would have been helpful to have a few hooks on the wall in the alcove near the bedroom window.
